Playground Parties

We are a swinging couple that have been  hosting  here for over 15 years.

We offer a nice, comfortable and clean place to meet and enjoy others that are interested in the swinging lifestyle.

Our parties are for all people of all shapes and sizes from all walks of life.

You must be nice, courteous, clean and fun to attend our parties.

That pretty much says it all.

About 20 percent of the people that attend never swing, just like to come out and enjoy the friendship of our guests and the party atmosphere.

Some people swing occasionally and some are swinging when they hit the door.

Nudity is allowed here at any time but most don't loosen up until later in the evening.

We have a DJ, Dance floor and stripper pole to get you in the mood.

We have rooms to party in and a swing in the public area for those that like to play in the open.

Our Jacuzzi is open on warm nights and is a great place to meet and play.

An outdoor pool and area are fun place to meet in the warmer months and a fire pit is out there in the colder nights.

Hot and cold snacks are out Wed. and Fri. nights with a light meal and snacks on Sat. Nights.

Unlike other places we will never ask to see your Drivers license or copy any of your personal information down unless you look very young or unless you are taking advantage of our bday specials.

If you're lucky enough to look that young, you must have a legal ID with a good picture on it and it must be in good shape.

Legally, you must be at least 21 to attend our party because most of our guests have alcohol on their tables.

We offer a smoking and non smoking areas and the entire property is drug free zone.

(Cigar, pipe and cloves must be smoked outside.)

Now the legal part.

You can have sex at your home with anyone or as many anyone's as you choose.

If you charged a fee to come to your house to have the sex, that would be illegal.

We accept donations to help with the expense of having the parties.

It is never guaranteed you will have sex here for that donation.

You will meet fun, wild and sexy people that you may or they may be interested in some sexual fun.

The only complaints are a few noise complaints in the over 15 years of having parties.

Law enforcement knows where all the parties and clubs are and really don't care as long as nothing illegal or noise complaints come their way.

This is a private home on private property, we're not breaking any laws by having these parties as you are not attending them.
